I preordered the Winnie the Pooh box set in June and then didn’t hear from the company at all, even with many emails and trying to get in touch.later, online we found out that the owner had the shipment on its way to USA when tariffs went into effect, and in order to pay the tariffs she had to let all her staff go. She has been working the jobs of many people to try to get the products out to everyone who ordered while running the business alone. This would have been nice to have an email or notification earlier of delay, but in the end we got there.
I received my box set recently and absolutely love it. I’ve reviewed it on @dysbookshelf and highly recommend it any lover of Tarot or Winnie the Pooh -or both! So beautifully crafted and a real collectible piece of art.
I didn't think I would feel this connected to the deck, it's just so warm sweet energies. Reconnecting with all the parts of the hundred acre woods, in a more content feeling of that cozy tea and book window corner safe space that Pooh and his friends invite us to join.
The Earth, Moon, and Shadow Oracle is truly inspiring. Every reading feels deep and thought-provoking, offering insights that stay with me. The guidebook is excellent—clear, meaningful, and full of wisdom. I’m very grateful to have this deck in my collection.
The cards themselves are beautiful. On the description, it said the cards would take 4-6 weeks to ship. I was ordering this gift for my friend's birthday, which was at the end of August. So, I ordered this June 20 to give ample time for it to be delivered within the specified time that it would take. July and August came and went and I got no email saying that it had shipped. In early September, I sent an email asking when it would be shipped and why it had taken so long – also asking about my address being changed because I had moved. I had assume I had assumed that the 4 to 6 week timeline was accurate so I had assumed that it would ship before I moved so I set the delivery to my previous address instead of my new address. I got a response saying that they would ship it the next day and they didn't acknowledge the fact that I said my address would change. I had to coordinate with the new tenants in my previous apartment. in order to pick it up! There was no apology, and no accountability or explanation for the extremely long amount of time between order confirmation and shipping. I most likely will not order from this site again, even though the cards were amazing.
