Return Period: You can return most items within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund.

Condition of Returned Items: Products must be returned in the original packaging and in the same condition as when they were received. This means the items should be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

Proof of Purchase: We will only guarantee items purchased from www.rueandvervain.com. We will not process returns or refunds for items purchased from third party sellers.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Please note that credit card refunds may take an additional 2-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Shipping Costs for Returns: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
